To make Owncloud fit in better with the rest of the GIG stack it should be integrated with ITSYOU.ONLINE

To summarize, these are some of the things that need to be done:

Modify owncloud to authenticate using itsyou.online
Modify the user_oauth app to use iyo jwt's
Mofify the different clients to grab an iyo jwt and pass that in the Authorization header of the webdav requests
