Publish package to pub.dev

This repo is essentially invisible to the the majority of Flutter developers since it hasn't been posted to pub.dev. A prior auto-closed issue mentioned this future. Opening a specific issue for the package to be published.

Publishing also has the advantage of showing a history of updates and version control discipline which are essential factors in choosing your technology partners.

ICYMI this package cannot be used on an iOS simulator, but only on real iOS devices. It's intended to be this way?

Hi @PaoloRollo , about pub.dev, sure we will do this as soon as possible
about iOS simulator I'm working to fix the issue, I'll keep you updated.

Hello @bobwith2bees still working on it unfortunately. This is the update I have from the team:

We can't publish the package to pub.dev as at the moment the package is bigger then the accepted size in pub.dev.
We already started extracting parts to other packages, and when it will be finished we will be able to publish the package.
