Add previewing to OpenAI Embeddings post classification

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

The Post Classification feature within Language Processing allows for previewing settings changes when utilizing the IBM Watson service provider, but not for OpenAI Embeddings. This issue will look to ensure that previewing works regardless of chosen service provider (e.g. so that OpenAI Embeddings settings changes could similarly be previewed like IBM Watson).
