A recent Slack post said that a colleague wanted to know "the best way to understand the different kinds of offerings, staff, cost ball parks around 18F consulting services before discussing with his leads and colleagues", but "He looked on the website and said he was unable to find what he is looking for."
Is this how we want the 18F website to work? If not, should we consider usability testing / contextual inquiry or some other design method here?
