Add Support for Forwarder API

In order to resolve the UX issue of "Pending" token requests, we would like implement a solution leveraging Autark's Forwarder API. This has not been merged yet, but per a conversation with Brett if we go ahead and implement it as it exists in the branch, this can help him understand the use case and prioritize getting it sufficiently release ready and merged.
