Telegram is not displaying reply quotes

Describe the bug
Telegram is not displaying quoted messages from other platforms. Tested on Discord and Matrix. This didn't happen a couple releases ago.

To Reproduce
Just quote a message in Matrix or Discord to reply to it.

Expected behavior
Message being displayed according to the QuoteFormat specification, including quoted message.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Gentoo Linux
• Matterbridge version: 1.24.1

Additional context
It also happens on the official matterbridge channels and also on supertuxkart channels, not only on mine.

It would be cool if Matterbridge could search the previous messages on the channel or group to see which one of them matches the content of QUOTEMESSAGE. This would allow Matterbridge to make a reply to such message and insert it into a typical and clickable Telegram quote block.

Hello. Just tried the new release version and this problem persists. QUOTEMESSAGE is only displayed as [REPLY]

you must set PreserveThreading=true in your telegram config

Quotes started displaying correctly after a while. It is working much better than I expected.
