sentryの環境変数設定する #53

buildする時にsentryのtokenを送ってるけど今ビルドする時のgithub actionとかに付けてないからsentryにsourcemapのデータ送られない。
Dockerfileいじらないといけなくてめんどいので妥協したがちゃんと設定してSentryにエラー送れるようにしたい。
