Where's a clear cheatsheet of what you can do in Dance? I understand it that it's not a full emulation of kakoune, so there may be similarities and differences. Is there a full documentation on the modes like https://docs.helix-editor.com/keymap.html has?

The most important parts of the Dance documentation are the README and the commands table. You're right that a cheatsheet would be nice, but right now there is none.
