How to get selected fields of a nested field

Hi y'all! As in the example Determining which fields were requested by a query here, we have a query like this

  flowBlocks {
    id
    block {
      id
      title
      type
      choices {
        id
        title
        description
        slug
      }
    }
  }
}

I'd like to get the selected fields of a nested field let's just say choices, in this case, they will be "id", "title", "description", "slug". Any help would be appreciated!
