Setup

Create Database
Run script in !SQL folder
Update DefaultConnection connection in appsettings.json
Create Azure Maps account and setup AAD (Azure Active Directory) Authentication (See: Creating Azure Maps Applications In Blazor)
Update AzureMaps settings in appsettings.json
