Question about strength and noise parameter from NAI using this webui

Usually images generated with NovelAI will have "strength": 0.69, "noise": 0.667

I notice some of the NovelAi generated images has different value, e.g. "strength": 0.8, "noise": 0.1, or "strength": 0.7, "noise": 0.2

How to change these values in the webui? or does it have something similar for those parameters?

Isn't it the one used for Highres Fix? or are you saying this is also used even when the Highres Fix is no enabled?
