Restore Scale Latent for improved sharpness, details and color science.

Can the 'Scale Latent' functionality be restored given that its lack returns a softer, less aesthetic picture instead? After over 5,000 generated images, I find myself unable to replicate the finesse on both old/ new prompts/ seeds etc. without 'Scale Latent' enabled.

I knew something was off and now I know what. All the images I've been generating seem grainy and less sharp with the new hires set up. I used to use it pretty much by default so I'm used to how it should look.

For me, its mostly the color. It looks more natural. Scale latent is also very good for fine details like pores on skin.
