Imagopedia

Imagopedia is a node application with a chrome extension that enables you to simplify image search while browsing itself.

Description

Seeing unknown objects in videos or while browsing , worry not ! Use Imagopedia that lets you search any image (rather web page portion) and displays you a details wiki type page. Imagopedia allows user to either upload image for search or clip image on current browser window by clipping over any part on webpage for search.

• Node.js
• IBM Watson
• Javascript
• NPM Api

Getting Started

• Clone the repository and unzip the zip or tarball.
• Add the screenshot folder as extension in your browser
• Install node and npm install(this install dependencies not node)
• Now simply run the application by node app.js

How to Use

• Open browser and now click on chrome extension icon at any point
• Clip the portion you want to search on the new tab
• Perform Imagopedia Search
