Push 0.3.4 to npm

Hello @anacronw, in order to fully resolve the security concerns from #20, NPM will need to be updated for this app with 0.3.4 so that dependents can pull the newer version.

Hello! I was wondering if you were planning on doing this release, or if this package is unmaintained?

I did a couple of other maintenance changes in a fork here and was thinking I would push it to a separate NPM package. But I would also be happy to file a pull request here or help out maintaining the existing npm package.
