- @Group discuss conference feedback and action items
- Added new Presentations page and added new presentations
- Restructured wiki to be more friendly for new users
- Drafted Phase 5 Scope of Work for discussion
- @Group discuss how much model development / calibration/validation / QA/QC work to do for new modeling features in Task 2 and 3). We've moving from replication of an existing system to a new system with new results that we need to certify
- Added Future Features page as well for tracking feature requests
- Phase 4 budget just about spent; let's get Phase 5 executed soon
- Received our first external pull request, #265, so added contribution review and support to Phase 5 scope
