#Data from NSLS-II, APS, or SSRL: where was data collected? Expected image extensions are .tiff for NSLS-II and .tif for APS / SSRL. NSLS-II images expected in sub directory 'dark_sub'
#Main integrated pattern directory: directory where sub directories are created in which integrated patterns are saved
#Poni file: instrument geometry (e.g., sample-to-detector distance, detector tilts) file - filetype must be .poni
#Mask file: static mask (e.g., beamstop, detector edges) - must be one of the following filetypes: *.tif | *.edf | *.npy | *.msk
#Integration parameters (see pyFAI docs for more details):
#Pixel splitting options: no (no splitting), full (full splitting), bbox (bounding box), pseudo (scaled down bbox)
