Time counter for filters updates not works

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.Right click in AG icon in Taskbar
2.From menu select "Check for updates"
3.Perform the filter update.
4.Hover the mouse in AG icon and check the time.
5.After i.e. one hour, hover the mouse once again and check the time.
The time remains the same
Bug started in version 7.16 beta 1 and still remains in following versions =

18-12-2023 7.16 Beta 2 7.16.4524 (CL 1.13.104, DL 2.4.32 )
