As a temporary solution, uninstall 7.17.4583.0 and reinstall 7.16.4558.0

If you don't check the option to remove settings when uninstalling, it won't. But I'd recommend using 7.17 beta 1 instead of downgrading to 7.16, as it'll install after uninstalling the nightly and it'll retain the settings and actually function. Great stopgap measure until it's fixed in nightly. :)
