Related to - AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#97686

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add this rule:
euro.com.pl#?#body > :is(a):upward(test)
  1. Go to - https://www.euro.com.pl/telefony-komorkowe.bhtml

Website is loading very slowly due to rule from first point.

If I understand correctly, "running" such rules takes a lot of time, but I think it shouldn't.
