What are the scientific goals of the analysis?

To subtype Neurocytoma tumors as central or extra-ventricular

What methods do you plan to use to accomplish the scientific goals?

Utilize primary_site from pbta-histologies.tsv:

If primary_site == "Ventricles", then molecular_subtype == CNC (central neurocytoma) and if primary_site != "Ventricles", then molecular_subtype == EVN (extraventricular neurocytoma)

What input data are required for this analysis?
