First Release

Hello!

This is the first release after forking akhilrex's project. It contains various new features such as:

• VIN number tracking
• Importing from Drivvo
• Translations (for now only German, but hopefully more in the future 😄, very dependant on contributors)
• Publishing to docker hub on new releases

Otherwise, I'm trying to update packages and fix some CI pipelines. This is to make the development experiance more pleasant. Hopefully we can get some more contributers in the future!
