Describe the bug

The heading in "booklist.html" was not clearly dispalyed and there was display problem in the description boxes ,when hovered on
the links to the books.

There is actually one more issue which I don't understand. I changed few css properties of elements but it's not getting reflected in the output and when i checked chrome developer tools i noticed the changes i made are not present in the code.
