FMV is frozen until you stop holding enter.

Steps to repro:
Hold enter when skipping an fmv.

I've added this on my list of tasks because from speaking to Paul basically I need to change how FMVs get drawn and whatnot for the hardware rendering anyway, might as well investigate this at the same time as reworking some of that code.
