fzf recursive nested search

this is so stupid

when i need to cat a file i don't do
cd cd cd cd cd cd cd then cat file
i do cat $(fzf) and then give the name of the file
it print's the complete path at once so much easier

but what if the fzf-tab pluging have recursive search for file and directory
we just need to write the program example cat <tab> name of the file and boom
we will be directly getting the complete path without 100 time cd into directory

if this default fzf feature already exist in fzf-tab plugin please let me know. how to enable it

this is the need of everyone not just me
i will be really appreciate your willingness to help or any inside possible
