Improve playwright single right delegations tests where tests can verify if user has got rights on to instantiate apps or services and delete cypress unused files

  • Delete cypress unused files
  • Improve single right delegations tests for app delegering
  • Improve single right delegations tests for services delegering
  • Verify error message when user does not have rights to delegate
  • Fix TT02 tests which is failing due to captch error
