What

We should implement the Siteimprove Behavior Map on our website as outlined in the article: Understanding Behavior Map. This will help visualize user interactions and their navigation paths on our site.

Why

To gain more user insights, enabling us to identify patterns in user behaviour and improve the overall user experience.

How

  • Review the Siteimprove Behavior Map documentation linked above.
  • Set up the Behavior Map integration
  • Verify that user interactions are being tracked and displayed accurately.
