It seems to be, that "\n" is not supported as described in http://plantuml.sourceforge.net/sequence.html

Could it be possible to fix this or to have a workaround for multiple lines in boxes?

Any comment to this?
e.g. Title=Text\nnext Text
will not work.

Sorry, was closed also it is still not working with "\n"
Any hope for a bugfix?

Works for me with local rendering. Are you using local or remote rendering?
