1.When using plugins to generate temporary worlds such as "Dungeon World", the server crashes

Seems to be that BetweenlandsWorldStorage.forWorld() was used when BetweenlandsWorldStorage.forWorldNullable() should have been. I've created a pull request (#1383) to fix this.
