Short description

I'd like to improve the site by switching to Zola or maybe Docusaurus. It would open us up to better (working) themes and make it easier to read. I hear your complaints, lol. I have wanted to do this for a while. Many thanks to those submitting ideas via email. Consider copy/paste to here to continue discussion. Images would have no trouble rendering, and it would be cool to implement blog posts.

I'll work on this over the weekend.

I've made progress and will update when the mkdocs-material rebuild is workable. Until then, it will be strictly dev-only.
