Model stuck loading

I'm on an M2 Max macbook and this happens

The model just will never load

It seems like you're using the AnimateDiffEvo repo and not this one.

But based on the logs it's not the model not being loading, but more like the generation couldn't start.

Hi there. The same happens to me. I am not sure how to proceed from here.

Currently experiencing extremely slow loading on an M1; generation seemed to not start. After more than 60min 4% loaded. Anyone find a fix?
