Fix inclusion of WebADB javascript file.

We include support for WebADB by directly providing the source file: https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid-webinstall/blob/master/src/plugins/webadb.js

This is generally not a good thing to do when we have a package manager. Consider moving it to https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid-webinstall/blob/master/package.json. I already tried to get this to work, but to no avail.
Because it's not hosted we need to include it directly from source which I could not get to work.
