plugin version 9.5.0 --> rider build

Hi all,

I wonder if the current version 9.5.0 is built against the current rider version ... even though I am on the latest rider version 2024.2.2 I am stuck to the plugin version 9.4.1 because rider is at 20224.431 and the plugin requires 242.21829.0 — 251.19999

Is that meant to be? Or is it by mistake?

p.s.: saw the what's new screen for 9.5.0 a couple of times :) but it was still 9.4.1
