Tiled Gallery Block: potential iteration on the reordering feature

Image reordering was added in #14702. It works well, but can be a bit confusing at times when the layout does not really make it clear which image is next in the ordering sequence. Here is an example:

I am not quite sure what could be done about it, but it can be confusing for some folks.

I agree, and it was mentioned in original issue as well:

It does depend on gallery style and specific grid layout. Some are ok, some are little more disorienting.

Ideally there would be drag'n'drop feature which would make it clear and faster to sort galleries out.

Additionally there could be some intelligence in the order which images get re-sorted based on their visual position in the complex grid.

That said, that's not easy to implement and this is much better than nothing. :-)

I’m fully aware of the arrows, but that is beyond tedious is you have a large number of images and want to re-order more than one of them. It’s absolutely fine for a very small gallery, but doesn’t scale.
