Caused by a change introduced between Jetpack 11.7.a.7 and Jetpack 11.7.a.9

Changelog for 11.7.a.9 here and here

Before the bug was introduced, this is the expected view (11.7.a.7 and previous versions):

It seems to be related to #28024. Adding back the 'box-sizing' removed there fix the issue.
