Steps to reproduce

  1. Starting at URL: https://wordpress.com
  2. Open "My Sites"
  3. Switch to "All My Sites"

What I expected

To see the "Stats" entry in the sidebar navigation.

What happened instead

The "Stats" navigation isn't there (but it's still accessible from the URL).

Browser / OS version

Chrome 48 / OSX 10.11.2

It might have been erroneously removed in e5b0c0c, but feels it disappeared more recently.
