Embedded TextLineRuns doesn't have a valid BaseLine

I noticed that embedded TextLineRuns (such as the visual elements used to visualize tab, spaces, newline, control characters, etc ...), don't have a valid BaseLine, so they're reporting VisualLines higher than they should. The following video demonstrates the issue. As you can see, if the option ShowTabs is enabled in the editor, when inserting a tab character, make the line taller.
