According to our docs, emit_encrypted_log can only be used for emitting encrypted notes. It's not possible to emit plain data that is not to be stored as a note in the recipient's notes database. Should we support it? How do we differentiate between the two? Should we support emitting plain text (as with the unencrypted logs) or structured events (see these issues)?
