Deploying Global Parameters

Hello,

Is it possible to deploy global parameters not from \factory folder?

I would like to use incremental deployment and I know that it requires deployment of Global Parameters enabled, but on the other hand I don't want to deploy global parameters that are defined under \factory folder for now as they differ across environments very much and are entered manually. What I mean by that is that the file is not at all maintained, so information about global parameter is other old or wrong and doesn't fit the environments.

So, coming back to the questions:

• Do I need to include \factory folder that contains information about global parameters to use incremental deployment?
• Can I exclude all global parameters and allow only for the deployment of adftools_deployment_state?
