Is there an action that can use oidc federated credentials like the azure/login action?

There isn't a GHA published for authentication. However, you can use https://github.com/Azure/setup-azd and then include this snippet in your pipeline. azd pipeline config will handle setting all the repo secrets/variables for you.
