I understand the Tag item in Configuration Basic Information section was the default API that should be used. Shouldn't it be a stable version? If not, what is its meaning?

### Basic Information
These are the global settings for the Cdn API.

description: Cdn Management Client

```

I used as the default version that should be used in the Azure for Rust SDK generated packages. Azure/azure-sdk-for-rust#1090

Specifically, why is it set to package-preview-2022-05 instead of the stable package-2021-06 tag?
