A customer recently found challenging how to figure out the format necessary to specify to the Azure CLI to properly retrieve Key Vault Secret related to a certificate: #7647

At the moment I’m not sure where we should put this in the doc. I’m making this issue to ensure we don’t forget this feedback.

Since the customer was using az cli, I checked the CLI and noticed that the format parameter is well-documented. Goiung to close this as it's not applicable
