In this thread we notice the LRO implementation needs to be reviewed in purview catalog service so we fixed the core-lro to 2.2.4 in this pr.

We need to undo the pinning once the service fixes the behavior on their end, so I create this issue to track undo thing.

LRO for catalog has been corrected.
