[Azure Search] Prepare 5.0 data plane SDK for release

Description

This includes all changes necessary to prepare version 5.0 of the Azure Search data plane SDK for release. These changes include:

• Regenerate SDK code from the Swagger spec for the new GA REST API version, 2017-11-11.
• Remove preview features that aren't included in the new GA version.
• Update version numbers and release notes for all packages.
• Re-record all session records for the new API version.

Looks good.
Can you build the management plan SDK on command line as below
msbuild build.proj /t:Build /p:Scope=SDKs\Search\Management

this will update the meta data in AzSdk.RP.props

Actually looks good, got confused with API version from the data plane. Management plane looks good.
