Why I did it

Add 2 new platforms:

Platform: x86_64-accton_as9817_64o-r0
HwSKU: Accton-AS9817-64O
ASIC: broadcom (Tomahawk 5)
Port Config: 64 x OSFP 800G ports + 2 x SFP28 25G ports

Platform: x86_64-accton_as9817_64d-r0
HwSKU: Accton-AS9817-64D
ASIC: broadcom (Tomahawk 5)
Port Config: 64 x QSFP-DD 800G ports + 2 x SFP28 25G ports
