Describe the solution you'd like

Use EnforceCodeStyleInBuild
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/project-sdk/msbuild-props#enforcecodestyleinbuild

Longer term, should align on code style with dotnet libraries, for example: https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/blob/main/.editorconfig
