Beanstalk Farms
- Pay Beanstalk Farms contributors retroactively in Unripe Beans for their contributions between the exploit and Unpause.
Per BFP-81, quorum is 15% of the Stalk supply, or 7,747,086 Stalk based on the time of proposal.
There are 22 voting choices, and each represents voting For a contributor's proposal. Abstaining from a voting choice while voting For any other choices is equivalent to voting against. Quorum and a majority vote For is required for a contributor’s proposal to pass.
Each Beanstalk Farms contributor who felt they should be compensated retroactively for their post-exploit contributions wrote a proposal that includes their contributions and proposed Unripe Bean payment. BFRPP-1 will be the only BFRPP.
Per BIP-23, Bean Sprout can use their remaining 391,800 Unripe Beans to retroactively compensate Beanstalk Farms contributors. Beanstalk Farms custodies ~2,062,760 Unripe Beans. This totals to ~2,454,560 Unripe Beans.
The sum of all Unripe Bean asks is 3,066,940. If the sum of Unripe Beans in all proposals that pass is greater than 2,454,560, the 2,454,560 Unripe Beans will be distributed pro rata to everyone whose proposals passed. If an individual proposal fails to pass, those Unripe Beans will be distributed pro rata to everyone whose proposals passed. Pro rata distributions are based on the Unripe Bean asks in each contributor’s proposal.
Contributor’s proposals are linked below. The community had the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposals anonymously. Contributors were able to update their proposals in advance of BFRPP-1 being proposed on Snapshot, if they wished.
