Requirement

Replace the current animation with the default pull-down animation.

Basically

Make it behave exactly like the stock Pull-Down-To-Refresh, but instead of the boring circular spinner, use the spinner currently used.

Why

The current animation blocks the user from interacting with the App while the app is loading.

This experience fails one of the 10 Nielsen heuristics of usability: User Control & Freedom
