This milestone allow to get more precise impacts (it takes into account the workload of the instance, base on CPU average load for a given period).

It fully integrates with new release of Boavizta API (V0.2.x) and also focuses on providing a better documentation.
It provides samples of integration with a monitoring infrastructure and dashboards.

Last but not least it includes code refactoring that ease testing and permit future evolution (like supporting different impacts data source and multiple cloud providers).
