Logic with 1533 doesn't seem correct

Thanks for your work on this. The more turnkey we can make patching, the more likely stores will install it.

I've tried it on 2 sites so far (1.9.2.4 and 1.9.1.0) and it tried to revert 1533 when it wasn't actually necessary, which then broke the actual patch. I'm wondering if the latest versions of the patch have the 1533 issue fixed.

This script did work for me on a 1.9.0.1 and reverting 1533 was necessary.
