How to update with git pull ?

If I try
git pull --all
inside the roop folder
I obtain this error:

You are not currently on a branch.
Please specify which branch you want to merge with.
See git-pull(1) for details.

    git pull <remote> <branch>
    

what I must do?

Just git pull should be all you need.

git fetch --all
git reset --hard origin/main
git pull

I had the same issue and did the above 3 commands but got the following:

PS C:\AI\roop-unleashed-main\installer\roop-unleashed\roop> git pull
There is no tracking information for the current branch.
Please specify which branch you want to merge with.
See git-pull(1) for details.

git pull <remote> <branch>

If you wish to set tracking information for this branch you can do so with:

git branch --set-upstream-to=origin/<branch> origin
